Test Footage 2

From this footage we realised that when we throw the television we need to film it using a long shot from the ground to make sure we can follow it through the air.

Test Footage

We did some test footage practicing putting footage into the screen of the tv. From it we learnt that the screen needs to blank when we film it, otherwise the color in the screen will show through when we merge the edges of the footage together. Also we can not film with the TV on as it flickers.

Our Reaction To The Feedback

Our feedback was very encouraging. both groups showed how they liked our ideas and thought we were well prepared.

One of them suggested showing other videos of our band but we cant find any as our band is relatively unknown.

Blog Feedback

Your blog is very good and visual which breaks up large amounts of text. You've used a good idea of posting your timeline and storyboard which we like. Your concept is very conventional yet original and interesting, and you seem quite prepared with all your posts on examples of similar muci videos, costume and setting ideas and the making of your main prop (the tv box head thing). Your analysis's on Goodwin, Auteur theory and an album cover are also very detailed and are good preparation for your music video. Hope everything goes well for you when you start actually making it! :)

nice photo with the tv box :)

Blog Feedback

Good effort on making the TV box to show an example of their idea which shows enthusiasm for the project.
Timeline seems pretty accurate and shows they know exactly what they're talking about and what they want to get done.
It's good how all the written points are illustrated with video footage and pictures.
It would be useful if there was some description as to how you came to the idea for the final video and video's of the band to show their general style of video and how yours possibly relates.
