This album cover suggests that the album is a rock or punk album. the photos show the band members pulling funny faces which suggests that they enjoy having fun whilst the produce music. this laid back approach is very different to what you would expect in the cover of a rap or dance cd. a rap album would have nice cars and people flashing money with expensive jewellry and a dance album would have pritty women in bikinis on hot beaches.
The album cover has a simple style which depicts the careless attitude of the band. it also has the bands name written in a font that looks like a logo, this is also quite common amongst rock/pop bands such as blink 182 or alien ant farm.
